If you have recently updated the SayScape mobile app and are experiencing issues, please uninstall the app and reinstall from the app stores.

Updates can contain some very drastic changes. We recommend a fresh install with every new update if you have the opportunity to do so (Especially iOS/Apple).

Common Fixes You Can Try

Here are a few things you can try on your own to fix some potential problems with the mobile SayScape applications

  • Force close the application

    • This wil shut down the app and allow you to cleanly reopen it

  • On Android, Clear Data and Clear Cache

    • This will clear any memory or a potential bad state the app might be in. It does NOT delete any activity inside the application itself. It will log you out.

  • Last effort would be to restart your phone.

    • In many cases this will fix most things such as loading issues, constant errors and strange things happening you haven't seen before.
